Artis zee features a multi-axis C-arm system that utilizes robotic technology to enhance imaging capabilities.

The system offers virtually unlimited C-arm positioning, providing maximum flexibility during procedures. It uses high-quality cross-sectional imaging results, achieving outcomes that are not attainable with conventional C-arm systems.

The design of Artis zee enables advanced imaging applications, including large-volume syngo DynaCT scanning. This allows physicians to visualize the entire abdominal cavity or the whole liver during procedures such as chemoembolization and biopsy. The system is also well-suited for neurointerventional procedures, offering extended visualization of the skull, neck, and spine.

Artis zee is equipped with advanced 3D imaging software, including syngo iPilot, which enables faster and more precise catheter navigation using a 3D vascular roadmap. This technology overlays 3D reconstructions onto live 2D fluoroscopic images or digital subtraction angiography (DSA).

The system provides real-time information on C-arm and table movements, as well as changes in the source-to-image distance (SID).
